The home for revenue professionals tied to Portugal.
Sales and Customer Success are among the most consequential functions any company has — and among the loneliest to practise.
Apply to joinThe gap we exist to close
There is shockingly little peer infrastructure around revenue work. Engineers have meetups, conferences, and open-source. Product has communities. Founders have accelerators. Revenue people, especially in Portugal, have LinkedIn and a few WhatsApp threads.
Revenida exists to change that. It is a vetted, free, English-first community for revenue professionals tied to Portugal — somewhere to compare notes, get unstuck faster, share what's actually working, and grow careers alongside peers who take the craft as seriously as you do.
Who Revenida is for
Revenue leaders
CROs, VPs / Heads of Sales, Heads of CS, Heads of RevOps.
Senior individual contributors
Account Executives, Account Managers, CSMs, RevOps / Sales Ops / Enablement specialists with ~4+ years of quota-carrying or directly-attributable revenue experience.
Founder-sellers
Founders or co-founders personally running revenue at their company.
You belong here if you are tied to Portugal — based here, selling into here, or a Portuguese operator working abroad — and fit one of the categories above.
Who Revenida is not for
To keep signal high and the room safe to share, the following are not eligible for membership:
- Recruiters (in-house TA or external agencies)
- Investors and VCs
- Sales / GTM agencies and consultancies
- Sales coaches and trainers selling their services
- Marketing leaders (CMOs, demand gen, content) — adjacent, but a different community
- Anyone whose primary intent is to prospect, pitch, or sell to other members
This list is not a judgement on these roles — it is what makes Revenida useful for the roles it does serve.
What's inside
- A vetted Slack workspace — topical channels for sales leadership, RevOps, CS, founder-sellers, enterprise, SMB, tools, and careers.
- Peer roundtables — small, off-the-record conversations on what's actually working right now.
- Local meetups — in Lisboa, Porto, and wherever members cluster.
- A members-only jobs board — strict format, peer-vouched roles, no recruiter spam.
How vetting works
- Apply. Fill the form below. Takes about ten minutes.
- Reviewed within 7 days. Every application is read by a human against role fit, seniority, Portugal tie, evidence, and contribution intent.
- If accepted, you'll get a Slack invite and an onboarding walkthrough.
The rules
- Chatham House rule, always. You may share what is said inside Revenida. You may never attribute it — not by name, company, screenshot, or paraphrase that makes the source obvious. Violation is grounds for immediate removal.
- No self-promotion. No pitching. No prospecting. Do not pitch your product, service, content, or company to members — in channels, in DMs, or at events. Jobs go in
#jobs. Anything else, ask a moderator first. - Show up as a peer, not a vendor. Even if your day job involves selling to people who look like Revenida members, here you are a peer first. The moment that flips, your membership ends.
- Contribute, don't only consume. Membership assumes you will introduce yourself, answer questions in your area of expertise, and show up to at least one event per quarter when feasible. Pure lurkers are gently nudged, then offboarded.
- Treat members with respect. No harassment, no discrimination, no punching down. Disagreement is welcome; contempt is not.
